WHAT TYPE OF FILE DO YOU NEED FROM ME TO USE MY ART/DESIGN?

We require either an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file or a layered PDF file. The file should show your desired patch size at 100% and should be a 300 dpi resolution file. Your art/design cannot include gradients, backgrounds, or digital noise for embroidered projects. However, our UV printing process can accommodate these design elements.

CAN I USE A FILE CREATED BY A.I.?

Sorry, AI doesn’t produce the layered file required for a design to be digitized and communicate with our machines. We need an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or a layered PDF file. Flat files, such as AI, are not accepted.

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS IF I DON’T HAVE A DESIGN FILE?

For a quantity of 72 patches (or direct-to-hat), we will create a design for you that is embroidery- or UV-printing-friendly. UV printing is suitable for complex designs, small fonts or features, and gradients.
